Role overview

The Site Supervisor will lead day-to-day fit-out activities on site and make sure work is completed safely, on schedule, within the agreed budget, and in line with approved drawings, specifications, and quality expectations. This position requires close coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and project partners to keep execution smooth and to support a successful final handover.

Site execution and supervision

  • Oversee routine site operations and verify that all work follows the approved drawings and technical specifications.
  • Carry out daily site checks and set out or mark interior finishes as required.
  • Assign, organize, and direct tasks for foremen, chargehands, and subcontracting teams.
