Site Foreman

Role Overview

KADL Fitout Company is seeking an experienced Site Foreman to oversee fit-out and finishing activities on site in the Riyadh Region. The role focuses on coordinating day-to-day work, guiding labor teams, and keeping operations aligned with drawings, quality expectations, safety standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and direct routine site operations so that tasks are delivered safely, on time, and in line with project needs.
• Allocate duties to workers and keep track of output and workmanship quality.
• Make sure all work follows approved drawings, specifications, and required quality benchmarks.
• Work closely with Site Engineers and Project Engineers to carry out the planned daily activities.
• Track attendance and distribute labor effectively to improve productivity.
• Review finished work and confirm it meets project quality requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades to keep site activities running smoothly.
• Confirm that materials, tools, and equipment are ready before work begins.
• Escalate material shortages, equipment concerns, and site issues to the Site Engineer.
• Keep the work area orderly, clean, and safe at all times.
• Ensure workers follow company safety policies and site HSE rules.
• Lead daily toolbox talks and encourage safe working habits.
• Track progress and share daily updates on accomplishments, delays, and issues.
• Support the resolution of technical and operational site challenges.
• Take part in inspections, snagging, and rectification tasks before handover.
• Ensure tools and equipment are used correctly and maintained properly.
• Carry out any additional duties assigned by the Site Engineer or Project Manager.

Requirements

• A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architectural, Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline, is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience working as a Foreman on fit-out or finishing projects.
• Strong understanding of finishing activities such as gypsum work, ceilings, partitions, flooring, painting, joinery, and decorative finishes.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings accurately.
• Good leadership, communication, and people-management abilities.
• Basic English communication skills are preferred.
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight project deadlines.
