Role Overview

GLORYLAMP BEAUTY is hiring a dependable, lively, and honest Shop Assistant to help run day-to-day activities in its retail outlets in La. The role covers both beauty and hardware sections, so the right person should be adaptable and comfortable working with items such as cosmetics, hair accessories, building materials, and hardware tools.

Key Duties

• Welcome customers, guide them through their purchases, and serve them courteously and professionally.
• Keep the sales area tidy, orderly, and properly replenished across both beauty and hardware product ranges.
• Support stock handling tasks such as accepting deliveries, verifying item counts, and maintaining inventory updates.
• Process cash and digital payments with care and accuracy.
• Share clear and correct details on product specifications, prices, and stock availability.

Qualifications and Skills

• A Senior High School Certificate (SHS) or an equivalent qualification is required.
• Previous work in retail sales is an advantage, especially with beauty items or hardware/construction supplies.
• Good verbal communication and people skills are important for this position.
• Basic arithmetic ability and comfort using digital payment tools are needed.
