Key purpose

Key duties

• Oversee the fill operation so the sales floor is ready for customers and trading starts on time.
• Coordinate staffing and operational support across Serve, Sell and Fill activities.
• Lead the floor when the Colleague Manager is not present.
• Coach colleagues on the One Best Way approach and help improve productivity before store opening.
• Deploy colleagues effectively to create a fast and efficient payment experience.
