About the Role
DAZN is looking for a Senior Recruiter to support the rapid expansion of its North American operations. The company is a global sports streaming platform available in more than 200 countries, and this role will play a key part in helping build out teams across Commercial, Marketing, Sales, Content, and Editorial. This is a practical, fast-moving hiring assignment where you will manage recruitment end to end with support from the global talent acquisition team.
You will act as a brand ambassador for the talent function, working closely with collaborative stakeholders to support business goals while creating a strong experience for candidates. The role calls for initiative, independence, and a willingness to experiment with fresh ways of engaging talent.
The position is based mostly on site in New York, NY and is a fixed-term contract of 6 months. The internal title for this role is Senior Talent Acquisition Partner.
Recruitment Approach
As part of the hiring process, automated or AI-assisted tools may be used to help review and screen applications. These tools are intended to support human judgment, not replace it, and final hiring decisions remain with the hiring team.
Responsibilities
- Design and run creative hiring plans, using both internal and external searches to increase direct hires.
- Work with hiring managers and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment journey, offering advice on effective hiring practices.
- Build clear, compelling, and inclusive job descriptions and advertisements that attract talent from a broad range of backgrounds.
- Proactively source and approach potential candidates through media and other sourcing channels.
- Drive a high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the process.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate feedback discussions.
Requirements
- Background in recruitment gained either in-house or through an agency, with direct experience partnering with hiring managers or internal clients.
- Experience recruiting for Commercial, Marketing, and Content roles.
- Strong candidate orientation, with a track record of delivering an excellent candidate experience.
- Ability to build hiring strategies in a fast-paced, international, and changing environment.
- Proven ability to source candidates directly and use creative methods to develop talent pipelines.
- Experience in sports broadcasting is a strong advantage; however, a genuine interest in sports is essential.
Compensation
The salary for this fixed-term role is stated as $90,000 to $110,000.
