Role overview

Genioo is looking for a Senior Manager in Life Sciences Consulting to work from Frankfurt in a hybrid setup. In this position, you will partner closely with senior leaders in the life sciences sector, build trusted relationships, and support long-term client collaboration. You will guide strong project teams made up of Genioo consultants and independent experts, while also contributing to the company’s growth and direction.

What you will do

• Steer projects end to end, working with Genioo consultants, independent professionals, and client stakeholders from kickoff through delivery.
• Address complex business challenges tied to productivity, cost improvement, operational excellence, transformation, and change management.
• Deliver measurable outcomes that meet or exceed client expectations while staying on schedule, on budget, and aligned with Genioo quality standards.
• Spot new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and help create solutions tailored to client needs.
• Contribute to the development of Genioo’s service offerings, tools, and delivery methods.
• Support the scaling of internal operations and help shape the future of a growing consulting firm.

You should have a strong consulting background, comfort leading delivery, and the ability to turn complex issues into clear, practical action. The ideal person builds trust easily, communicates well with varied audiences, and enjoys helping win new work. You should also bring energy, collaboration, and a desire to build something new for clients and for the organization.

Experience and travel

• Minimum 7 years of experience in top-tier management consulting.
• Proven delivery experience in one or more of these areas: productivity, cost reduction, operational excellence, transformation, commercial strategy, supply chain, or change management, preferably within life sciences.
• Strong hands-on leadership style with a focus on project execution and real business impact.
• Ability to explain complex topics in a simple and persuasive way to different audiences.
• Interest in building client relationships and helping drive new business.
• Willingness to travel 60% to 80% to client locations or company offices.
