About the studio
COOOP.co is an expanding international design studio focused on creating spaces that do more than look good. Its work is guided by the idea that well-designed environments can influence how people think, feel, behave, and perform.
The studio is known for its Envirohacking® approach, an evidence-based method that blends architecture, interior design, and behavioural science to shape hospitality spaces with stronger guest experiences and better commercial outcomes.
Open roles
Two opportunities are available within the studio:
- Senior Hospitality Interior Designer based in Surry Hills, Sydney, Australia, working on restaurants, bars, and lifestyle destinations for notable brands in Australia and overseas.
- Client-Facing Project Lead based in Dubai, UAE, responsible for guiding projects from early concept through to completion while maintaining close client relationships across the Middle East.
What the roles involve
The Senior Hospitality Interior Designer will contribute to hospitality-focused projects that combine creative thinking with practical commercial objectives.
The Client-Facing Project Lead will balance design leadership with project delivery, commercial understanding, and strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
Candidates should be qualified as either an Interior Designer or Architect, with at least 5 years of professional experience. A strong command of REVIT is essential, along with proven experience in hospitality design. Applicants should also be confident in design presentations and client communication, and be motivated by creating people-centred environments that also deliver commercial success.
