Role Overview

The organization is seeking an accomplished SAP Cutover Manager to oversee the complete planning and delivery of cutover activities for SAP S/4HANA implementation programs. This position calls for deep experience in large-scale Greenfield rollouts and the ability to steer a controlled transition from legacy environments to the new SAP landscape.

Key Experience Needed

• At least 10 years of experience in SAP, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in cutover leadership.
• Hands-on involvement in at least two SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementations in the capacity of Cutover Manager.
• Solid knowledge of the SAP lifecycle, data migration approaches, and deployment planning.
• Background in coordinating hypercare activities after go-live.

Core Responsibilities

• Define the overall cutover approach and drive the execution roadmap.
• Organize and oversee cutover tasks across all SAP workstreams.
• Manage detailed, task-by-task execution during the cutover window.
• Build and maintain schedules that keep all stakeholders aligned.
• Prepare thorough planning for data migration before and after the move.
• Ensure stakeholders are synchronized on the plan and that launch readiness is confirmed.
• Assign ownership, manage resources, and track responsibility for every task.
• Run mock cutover exercises during QA and UAT stages.
• Lead the final production cutover activities.
• Set up and supervise hypercare support after production go-live.
• Work closely with all participating teams to keep execution smooth and coordinated.

Additional Information
