Role summary
Better is hiring a Sales Executive for its Bournemouth office. This is an in-person opportunity in a lively, supportive team environment with a training course beginning Monday 17th August. What you will do
Your main task will be to contact potential customers, qualify interest, and arrange meetings for the field sales team with senior decision-makers.
- Make outbound calls to prospects using data that has already been qualified
- Use clear, engaging communication to build interest in the company’s products and services
- Collect details about each prospect’s needs, budget, and how decisions are made
- Judge whether each lead matches the company’s qualification standards
- Carry out follow-up calls or emails when more engagement is needed
- Record call outcomes and interactions accurately in the CRM system
- Keep your knowledge of the company’s offerings up to date
- Present product features and benefits in a way that encourages interest

- Starting pay of £30,000, rising to £32,500 after training and £35,000 once KPIs are achieved
- Senior positions can pay £40,000, with on-target earnings of £70,000 and top performers reaching £100,000+
