About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Assistant who enjoys a customer-focused, lively retail environment and brings energy, friendliness, and a genuine interest in delivering a memorable shopping experience. This role suits someone who is motivated by sales, comfortable in a busy store, and keen to grow within a business that supports internal development.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service and build positive connections with shoppers.
- Handle cash and Eftpos transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Develop and apply strong knowledge of the full product range across the business.
- Keep the store looking well presented by supporting merchandising, layout, and overall standards.
- Work toward sales budgets, targets, and KPIs.
- Assist with stock control and maintaining product quality.
- Comply with national legislation, workplace health and safety requirements, and security procedures.
