Role overview

You will join the service team at Edmondo in Hamburg’s Hohe Bleichen area, working full time for 38 hours per week with two fixed days off. The role is based in a lively Italian restaurant setting with an international team and clear opportunities to grow within the company.

What the role involves

• Move food and beverages to guests promptly and with a positive pace.
• Help maintain a seamless service process throughout the shift.
• Prepare tables before service and clear them afterward.
• Coordinate closely with both the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Build knowledge of Italian ingredients, wines, and cocktails.
