PUMA is looking for a part-time Retail Sales Associate in Windsor, Ontario. The role is centered on delivering an excellent in-store shopping experience while supporting the brand’s service, presentation, and sales standards. Key responsibilities

• Offer a consistently strong customer experience that aligns with PUMA’s brand values and service expectations.
• Use effective customer interaction to help meet or exceed personal sales goals, KPIs, and profitability targets.
• Handle checkout transactions accurately, efficiently, and securely.
• Keep the store tidy and organized while following PUMA’s visual merchandising standards.
• Support the movement of merchandise by processing both incoming and outgoing stock.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, operating standards, and core accountabilities.
• Help maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant environment for both customers and team members.
• Be available to work outside standard business hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays; overtime may be needed.

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer-focused retail setting, ideally in apparel or footwear.
• Comfortable working as part of a team and contributing to shared goals.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Quick learner who can adapt to store processes and product knowledge.
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office tools.
• Able to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 pounds.

Compensation and benefits

The base pay range for this part-time position is $17.60 to $20.60 per hour, plus benefits. A benefit summary is available for part-time staff.
