Role Overview
This opportunity is for an Associate Recruiter supporting one client on a full-time basis. The position centers on finding, evaluating, and recommending strong candidates for open roles while overseeing the recruitment workflow from initial outreach through placement. You’ll help hiring teams identify talent across different departments and keep the hiring process organized and efficient.
Location and Employment Type
Remote role; work from anywhere. This is a full-time position.
Compensation
Pay is set at USD 15 to 20 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
The recruiter will use multiple channels to identify candidates, assess their fit, arrange interviews, track hiring activity in the ATS, and collaborate with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs and job expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruiting is expected, along with comfort using ATS platforms and recruitment software. The role also calls for excellent communication, the ability to juggle several open requisitions at once, and familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search methods.
