What You Will Do
- Find, promote, and develop talent pipelines across multiple functions such as engineering, medical billing/coding, and operations.
- Run initial candidate outreach and screening conversations to assess both capability and cultural fit.
- Manage the hiring process from start to finish, making sure candidates and internal stakeholders have a clear and smooth experience.
- Serve as the primary communication point for applicants and the team, offering guidance and helping move recruiting efforts forward.
- Monitor hiring results and candidate feedback so improvements can be made quickly.
- Prepare and refresh recruiting and team marketing materials to help attract strong candidates.
What We Are Looking For
You should bring at least 2 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or fast-growing small-to-medium business environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills are important, especially for interviewing. Experience using recruiting tools and platforms is expected, along with the ability to take full ownership of your work while collaborating effectively with others.
Work Arrangement
This is an in-office role based in New York City at the Herald Square office. Candidates may also be asked to complete a skill assessment or case study during the interview process.
Why Join
You will be part of a team that values precision and speed, with work that directly affects whether clients are paid properly and whether patients receive the care they need.

- Competitive salary for a full-time role, depending on experience
- Health, dental, and vision coverage
- Paid time off
- Additional company perks
