Role summary
In this position, you will work as a Quality Control Inspector within the Operations team and report to the Operations Manager. The role is centered on delivering QIMA’s services to clients while maintaining the company’s quality standards throughout each assignment.
Key duties
- Review email communication each day to collect inspection instructions and related documents.
- Arrive at inspection assignments on time and communicate with suppliers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Inspect merchandise according to company procedures and oversee container stuffing as per the required process.
- Complete inspection reports accurately and within the prescribed timelines.
What the company is looking for
The ideal candidate should have prior exposure to quality management, with particular experience in softlines. A working understanding of AQL standards and applicable safety and quality regulations is important. Strong spoken and written English skills are required, along with a sharp eye for detail and a solid sense of professional ethics.
