About the Company
Bespoke Behavioral Services offers individualized behavioral support aimed at helping people strengthen communication, social interaction, and everyday living abilities. The organization applies evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to build programs that are tailored to each child and family, with the goal of encouraging positive behavior change and supporting steady progress across home, school, and community settings. The team works in close partnership with families and other care providers to deliver consistent, high-quality support and outcomes that matter.
Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site QBA position in the Riyadh Region. The selected candidate will carry out ABA-based behavior support plans while working under supervision. The role focuses on direct support for children and on guiding families with practical strategies they can use to reinforce progress.
Core Work
Day-to-day work includes observing behavior, gathering and reviewing data, helping with functional assessments, and keeping progress notes and documentation current. The QBA will also work closely with behavior analysts and other colleagues, join team meetings and training sessions, and contribute to a safe, structured, and engaging learning space.
In addition, the role requires regular communication with caregivers about goals, strategies, and progress in a clear, respectful, and professional way.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should be able to support behavior programs by following individualized treatment plans and implementing ABA-based interventions. Strong skills in observation and data recording are important, along with the ability to track and report behavioral outcomes accurately. Good interpersonal and communication skills are needed for collaboration with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Applicants should be organized and manage time well, since the job involves documentation, scheduling, and balancing the needs of multiple clients. Professional conduct, confidentiality, and adherence to ethical and clinical standards are essential.
Certification or training in ABA or behavior support, such as QBA or an equivalent credential, is preferred, though candidates willing to work toward it may also be considered. Prior experience with children or individuals with developmental or behavioral needs is strongly preferred. English speaking and writing skills are required, while Arabic is an added advantage for local communication. A high school diploma is required, and education in psychology, special education, or a related subject is a plus. The role is based on-site in the Riyadh Region and may occasionally require flexible working hours to meet client needs.
