About the Role
Riyadh Pharma is looking for a Purchasing Officer to manage procurement activities at its Riyadh Region location. The position focuses on handling purchase requests, coordinating supplier offers, issuing purchase orders, and tracking each order through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the full purchasing cycle, starting from approved purchase requests received from the factory and continuing through purchase order issuance until the procurement is fully closed.
- Ensure that all purchased items conform to the specifications stated in the purchase order.
- Collect supplier quotations for technically approved items, making sure the delivery timeline aligns with Riyadh Pharma’s purchasing policy.
- Monitor purchase orders from the point a need is identified until the items arrive in stores.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to secure goods receipt notes and keep records updated.
Qualifications
A diploma or bachelor’s degree is required.
Experience
Candidates should have between 1 and 5 years of experience.
