Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced project delivery professional to coordinate and drive technology-focused initiatives in a busy, fast-moving environment. The role centers on aligning business requirements with technical execution, while helping multiple teams deliver projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives through the full delivery cycle, from early planning to execution and post-delivery follow-up.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support implementation and keep coordination running smoothly.
• Assist with planning, monitor progress, and share status updates when needed.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation in line with internal standards and working practices.
• Spot potential risks or roadblocks early and help resolve issues together with relevant stakeholders.
• Keep stakeholders informed with regular progress updates and help manage expectations throughout the project.

Key Qualifications

• Prior experience in project delivery, business analysis, or a comparable role within a financial services and technology setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to turn concepts into practical next steps.
• Working knowledge of business operations and workflows in a complex organizational environment.
• Comfortable engaging stakeholders, guiding discussions, and supporting delivery-related activities.
• Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills across different levels of the organization.
• Well organized, self-driven, and able to balance several priorities at once.
• Exposure to common project tracking and collaboration tools and methods.
