Project Manager

About the Role

This position suits a project management professional who blends delivery leadership with business analysis and Agile facilitation. You will work alongside customers, stakeholders, and delivery teams to define requirements, order priorities, oversee execution, and drive results that support organizational objectives.

In this position, you will also contribute to Nuvitek’s broader mission of delivering innovative and cost-efficient solutions and services that help customers respond quickly to changing environments.

What You Will Do

• Develop, enhance, and support enterprise solutions built on Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI.
• Create and administer Dataverse structures such as data models, tables, relationships, business rules, and security controls.
• Collect, assess, and clarify business needs, then convert them into practical and scalable technical solutions.
• Produce automated workflows and integrations that streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Build dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that deliver useful insights to stakeholders.
• Support the full solution lifecycle, including build, testing, deployment, and production assistance.
• Oversee solution movement and release activities across development, test, and production environments.
• Apply sound practices for security, compliance, performance, and long-term maintainability.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to applications, integrations, and the platform environment.
• Work with project managers, business analysts, architects, and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, release steps, and support references.
• Offer technical direction on Power Platform architecture, development standards, and implementation best practices.

What You Will Bring

• At least 5 years of experience in project management, business analysis, Scrum Master work, or program management for technology-focused initiatives.
• Hands-on experience collecting, documenting, and maintaining business and functional requirements across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Background in managing federal government contracts and working within service delivery models.
• Proven ability to manage backlogs, priorities, and delivery roadmaps effectively.
• Experience working with SLAs and operational performance measures.
• Working knowledge of Agile practices, Scrum ceremonies, and requirements management approaches.
• Exposure to IT Service Management processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Experience with government reporting expectations, including performance metrics, CDRLs, and QASP-led environments.
• Strong skills in resource planning and capacity management.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple demands and make practical operational decisions.
• Experience managing relationships with clients, vendors, and platform partners.
• Capability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-moving consulting setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with federal contract transitions, recompetes, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility requirements, Authority to Operate processes, and federal compliance frameworks.
• PMP certification or a comparable project management credential.
• Certified Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master, or a similar Agile certification.
