About the role

The London office is seeking a creative, practical, and adaptable Project Manager to lead and support projects mainly for the US market, while working closely with colleagues across Europe and the Middle East. The role calls for a highly organized professional who can manage several projects at once in a fast-moving environment, with responsibilities spanning planning, execution, and delivery.

The project portfolio includes retail permanent stores, interior design and furniture work, pop-up stores, and window displays.

This position requires regular interaction with US clients and teams, so alignment with US time zones and flexibility in working hours is essential.

Project management responsibilities

You will oversee ephemeral architecture and retail experience projects from start to finish, with a strong focus on work delivered in the US. Your work must stay aligned with brand standards, client expectations, and design intent.

You will build and update project schedules, budgets, timelines, and deliverables for stakeholders in the US and internationally. You will also supervise the preparation and quality of technical drawings, 3D models, renders, and related documentation, making sure they follow CAD and internal standards.

The role includes coordinating creative, production, and logistics teams across different time zones to keep delivery aligned. You will monitor budgets, look for savings without reducing quality, and carry out project reviews, risk checks, and progress updates. You will also support on-site implementation by managing logistics, schedules, and contractor coordination, especially for US executions.

Client management

You will act as the main contact and a trusted partner for clients, helping to build strong long-term relationships. This includes turning client briefs into practical proposals and project plans, identifying opportunities to grow accounts, and handling communications with professionalism and clarity. You will also manage reverse briefs, debriefs, and overall client satisfaction throughout each stage of delivery.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish, spoken and written, since the role involves close coordination with international teams and Spanish-speaking stakeholders.

Strong flexibility is required, including the ability to work according to US time zones, outside normal European business hours, and to travel frequently to the US when needed for project delivery and client support.

You should bring excellent organization and multitasking ability, along with strong communication and negotiation skills. A good understanding of spatial ideas, construction workflows, and design execution is also important. Proficiency with project management tools and drawing-related software is expected, including CAD, 3D modeling, renderings, and moodboards.

A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Design, Architecture, or a similar field is required. The role also calls for 3 to 5 years of experience in project management or a closely related position.

Software knowledge should include AutoCAD or a similar CAD tool, SketchUp, Rhinoceros, and V-Ray as a plus, Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign as a plus, and Microsoft Office Suite.
