Role overview
Tencent Cloud is growing its presence in Singapore, and this internship is based in Shenzhen, China. Strong performers in this role may be considered for a full-time position in Singapore.
What you will work on
- Support planning and day-to-day product operations for B2B platform products, with the goal of improving competitiveness, growth, and monetization.
- Track shifts in the industry ecosystem and competitor moves, then turn those insights into collaboration and market operation strategies that strengthen the product’s market position.
- Follow developments in cloud computing, assess industry standards and underlying technical concepts, and help translate them into product ideas driven by technology.
- Set up a system for monitoring product business data, run experiments, and analyze key metrics to uncover user needs.
- Review user feedback and post-launch performance data, then refine product features and user experience to support continuous iteration.
- Prepare and deliver technical training for clients and international partners, improve training content and delivery workflows, and track training outcomes to maintain high satisfaction.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, or a closely related discipline.
- Genuine interest in technology and internet products, with strong analytical thinking, creativity, and enthusiasm for product planning.
- Friendly, clear in communication, and capable of executing tasks effectively so that requirements are carried through to completion.
- A customer-first mindset and willingness to deeply understand real-world application scenarios in order to solve client needs.
- Comfortable working through pressure, setbacks, and criticism while staying resilient and productive.
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and in-person communication skills.
