Role overview

The company is hiring two Product Designers for a growing digital function. These are mid-level positions suited to designers who can think strategically while also delivering polished work quickly and confidently.

For the first 12 to 18 months, the primary focus will be the company website, including a complete replatform and rebuild. After launch, ownership will continue, and the role will expand further into digital product design as the wider product suite develops.

This is a broad product design position rather than a purely visual one. The right person should be comfortable moving between UX and UI, thinking through the problem before jumping into execution, and being able to deliver both the strategy and the final experience.

Responsibilities

  • Create and refine website and digital product experiences from early concepts through final delivery
  • Own the website replatforming effort and help shape the structure of the new digital experience from the ground up
  • Help build, evolve, and maintain the design system so experiences stay consistent across channels
  • Run user research, usability testing, and analysis to guide design decisions
  • Produce user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and polished high-fidelity designs in Figma
  • Turn complex technical ideas into clear, useful, and commercially effective digital experiences
  • Work closely with the Head of Digital, engineers, and teams across Marketing, Commercial, and Product
  • Ensure output meets standards for accessibility, brand consistency, and performance

Requirements

  • At least 4 to 8+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a closely related area
  • A portfolio that shows both strategic problem-solving and strong execution across web and digital products
  • Proven ability to work across UX and UI, including research, interaction design, and visual design
  • Experience designing for B2B or enterprise technology products is essential
  • Strong working knowledge of Figma and design system fundamentals
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth settings where priorities can change quickly
  • Interest in, or experience with, AI, cloud infrastructure, or data centre-related work
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to explain design choices to cross-functional stakeholders
