Role Overview

The Product Analyst will turn business requirements into well-defined stories, priorities, and delivery inputs while contributing to Agile execution and day-to-day coordination across functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Agile activities such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Work with Product Managers and stakeholders to collect, organize, and refine business and functional needs.
  • Convert business goals into user stories, workflow outlines, acceptance criteria, and process documents.
  • Help manage the backlog by sorting priorities, spotting dependencies, and keeping work ready for delivery.
  • Coordinate closely with Engineering, QA, Operations, and business partners to clear up requirements and reduce delivery blockers.
  • Monitor progress and share updates on status, risks, impediments, and next steps with relevant teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in business analysis, Scrum Master support, product support, or project coordination.
  • Hands-on exposure to Agile delivery approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, or blended models.
  • Strong ability to create user stories, business requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience managing priorities, dependencies, risks, blockers, and action items across multiple teams.
  • Comfort communicating requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with Agile or collaboration tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, or similar systems.

This is a full-time onsite role based in the United States.
