About the Role

Reckitt is seeking an experienced Senior Buyer to manage factory procurement with a focused and proactive approach. This position is central to building cost-efficient sourcing plans and maintaining strong supplier partnerships. The role suits someone who is confident in negotiation, comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, and motivated to make a meaningful business impact.

Responsibilities

• Oversee factory purchasing activities with a focus on effective procurement execution.
• Develop sourcing approaches that balance cost, quality, and business needs.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations with vendors and support contract discussions.
• Work across multiple priorities and projects while coordinating with different teams.
• Use analytical thinking and a strategic mindset to solve procurement challenges.
• Apply procurement systems and Microsoft Office tools to support day-to-day work.
• Contribute to supply chain activities covering logistics, distribution, and supplier management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles.
• Strong negotiation skills and the confidence to take ownership of tasks and discussions.
• Good analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Solid project management capability with the ability to handle several priorities at once.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort using procurement tools and the MS Office suite.
• Experience with supply chain operations, including logistics, distribution, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
