About the Role
This position is for a Project Analyst who wants to build a strong base in delivery, project coordination, and consulting within a structured environment. You will partner with Project Managers, Architects, and Delivery Leads on large enterprise programmes involving cloud platforms, integrations, and business transformation work.
The role gives you exposure to multiple workstreams and stakeholders, helping you understand how complex projects are managed from start to finish. It is a good fit for someone organised, proactive, and comfortable keeping execution on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning, monitoring, and governance activities across project teams.
- Keep daily project coordination moving across several workstreams.
- Bring together inputs from various sources and turn them into short, clear updates.
- Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and action items, and follow through until they are closed.
- Check in proactively with team members and stakeholders so tasks continue progressing.
- Serve as a main coordination contact between internal teams and client-side stakeholders.
- Help prepare meetings, support discussions when required, and capture decisions and follow-up actions.
- Take part in project meetings, workshops, and status reviews.
- Support governance, documentation, and compliance processes for the project team.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with multiple stakeholders through projects, internships, extracurricular activities, or event coordination.
- Strong organisation and the ability to handle several tasks while seeing them through.
- Ability to distil information into concise reports, slides, and project updates.
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities may change.
- Willingness to work with partial information and ask questions to clarify gaps.
- Good attention to detail without losing sight of deadlines.
- Self-starter mindset with a sense of ownership and limited need for supervision.
- Confident communicating with colleagues at different levels and across functions.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Useful exposure to PMO, project coordination, business analysis, or consulting settings.
- Familiarity with trackers, RAID logs, and status reporting tools.
- Basic understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches.
- Exposure to Salesforce, cloud platforms, system integration, or enterprise applications is advantageous.
Work Style
You will work closely with governance and delivery teams in a structured project setting. The role is hands-on and focused on coordination, tracking, and follow-ups to keep day-to-day delivery running smoothly. You will be expected to own assigned tracking and governance tasks with support from senior colleagues, communicate early about progress or blockers, and learn by observing experienced project leads. Building dependable working relationships across teams will be important.
Success Measures
- Independently manage project coordination and tracking tasks.
- Keep trackers and status updates accurate and current.
- Follow up on action items promptly and close them out.
- Communicate clearly and maintain productive relationships.
- Show ownership and reliability in day-to-day responsibilities.
Education
A diploma or degree in any discipline is acceptable, with business, IT, or related studies preferred.
