What the role involves

• Recruit candidates for temporary staffing assignments.
• Conduct interviews, complete hiring steps, and support candidates throughout their assignments.
• Act as a point of contact for customers, applicants, employees, and public authorities.
• Receive assignments, maintain records, and organize workforce scheduling.
• Ensure that tariff-based and legal requirements are followed at all times.

Candidate profile

• Completed training as a personnel services clerk or another commercial qualification.
• Professional experience in employee leasing or temporary staffing.
• Diligence, reliability, and enthusiasm when carrying out tasks.
• A strong degree of independence, initiative, and creativity in both personality and working style.
• Valid class B driving licence.
