Role Overview
Tap Growth AI is looking for an administrative team member to support recruiting, office coordination, and light marketing tasks in Singapore. The role blends day-to-day admin work with assistance across candidate management, internal documentation, and content updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle routine administrative work such as data input, document filing, record organisation, and email communication.
- Support recruiters by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and carrying out follow-ups.
- Keep internal databases, CRM platforms, and hiring records current and accurate.
- Draft simple reports, documents, and presentation materials for management use.
- Help create job advertisements and basic marketing assets such as job posts, social media graphics, EDMs, and QR code links.
- Refresh social media content connected to recruitment efforts and employer branding.
- Provide general operational, administrative, and marketing assistance whenever required.
Requirements
- A minimum of GCE O-Level or a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar field is required.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Exposure to design or marketing tools such as Canva will be considered an advantage.
- Applicants should be well organised, able to manage time and multiple tasks effectively, work on their own initiative, and handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally.
