Applicants should have at least 8 years of experience in complex, high-availability network environments, along with experience in architecture, optimization, incident handling, and disaster recovery planning.

L2 NOC Analyst: A bachelor’s degree in Networking, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field is required. CCNA is mandatory, CCNP is preferred, and ITIL Foundation is preferred. Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience in network administration, operations, or support, plus strong troubleshooting exposure across routing, switching, VPNs, firewalls, and enterprise networks.

L1 NOC Analyst: A bachelor’s degree in IT Networking, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. CCNA and/or CompTIA Network+ certification is mandatory.
