Role Overview

Schedule and Pay

Work is arranged on a flexible, part-time basis, with full-time growth potential. Pay is set at $25 to $35 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities

You will be expected to complete home repair and improvement assignments efficiently, communicate clearly with customers, and maintain a professional standard on every job. The role also includes handling tools, materials, travel between job sites, and safe work practices.

General Trade Work

• Carry out residential maintenance, repair, and improvement tasks in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform hands-on work in carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, tiling, and basic electrical repair.
• Diagnose issues independently and suggest practical solutions for homeowners.
• Keep workmanship consistent and high across all assigned projects.

Customer Service and Communication

• Interact with homeowners and teammates in a clear and professional way.
• Support customer satisfaction through dependable and prompt service.
• Represent the company positively at every work location.

Worksite and Schedule Management

• Organize and complete daily assignments across multiple customer locations.
• Keep tools, supplies, and work vehicles orderly and ready for use.
• Follow company policies and safety requirements at all times.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

• Prior experience in skilled trades or handyman work.
• Working knowledge of several trades, including carpentry, tiling, painting, drywall, flooring, and basic electrical work.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable personal vehicle and proof of insurance.
• Owns a standard set of tools.
• Ability to clear background screening and driving record checks.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and self-driven work style.
