Role overview
This opportunity is for an experienced mobile software engineer who will contribute to AI training work. You’ll join a large community of technical professionals working on practical AI development and helping improve systems used in real-world applications.
The work combines flexibility with technical depth. You’ll collaborate with advanced AI models on programming tasks such as designing and solving coding challenges, building polished applications with rich functionality, and turning data into useful insights through analysis and visualization. Your contributions will help refine intelligent systems as they continue to learn and improve.
Some contributors use this as a side project alongside another full-time job, while others make it their main focus and choose assignments and schedules based on their own availability.
How the selection process works
After creating an account, you’ll complete a short assessment that acts as the screening step. If successful, you’ll receive confirmation by email and paid projects will become available through the platform.
Contracting terms and work style
- You can decide which projects to take on and when to work.
- All work is done on your own computer, on a schedule that suits you, from your home.
- Compensation is hourly, beginning at $50-$100+ per hour, with some projects paying more.
Responsibilities
- Create and solve a wide range of coding problems that help train AI systems, with a strong focus on Android development.
- Produce clean code examples along with thorough explanations.
- Review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
- Share feedback that helps improve future AI models.
Requirements
- Strong command of English at a native or bilingual level.
- Preferred hands-on experience with Kotlin.
- Working knowledge of at least one of these languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, or Swift.
- Strong writing ability and good grammar.
- A bachelor’s degree, either completed or currently being pursued.
- Prior experience as a software developer, coder, software engineer, or programmer is an advantage.
