Key Responsibilities
- Complete large volumes of data entry accurately inside the PACS platform.
- Provide basic service desk support for PACS-related matters.

- Recognize when a situation falls outside documented procedures and escalate it appropriately.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in data entry.
- At least one year of experience in a service desk or support setting.
