About the Role

Al Amr Group for Engineering Consulting (AGECO) is seeking an exceptional leadership talent to join our team in Riyadh as a Team Manager. If you possess deep engineering expertise and a proven track record in managing development projects and technical offices, this is your opportunity to lead our ambitious projects and oversee their execution to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing field supervision activities and reviewing all technical work, designs, and engineering plans.
• Effective coordination among all departments (Architectural, Structural, Electrical, and Mechanical) to ensure work integration.
• Full supervision of tender document preparation and readiness.
• Monitoring the study, evaluation, and execution of development projects and programs.
• Establishing and defining smooth and rapid communication mechanisms between the site supervision team and the technical support team in Riyadh to ensure the highest levels of cooperation and speed of completion.

Requirements and Conditions

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural or Structural Engineering.
• A minimum of 25 years of professional experience, with at least 10 years in managing technical offices and project management.
• Complete proficiency in specialized engineering software relevant to the field of work.
• Valid and accredited membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers.
