Role overview
This internship sits within the Marketing team at Moët Hennessy UK, supporting the Champagne brand. The intern will report to a Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager and work closely with teams across the business. The role combines hands-on project ownership with administrative and logistical support for brand activations.
The position offers exposure to the craft, heritage, and savoir-faire of the Maisons and the wider LVMH ecosystem, while contributing to commercial activity from the outset. Ongoing feedback, development discussions, and strengths-based tools such as Clifton Strengths are part of the learning environment, with the aim of helping the intern grow and feel part of a community focused on craftsmanship, creativity, and high standards.
All internships are full-time roles, and applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
Brand activations
- Assist with planning and development of brand events.
- Coordinate with external agencies during rollout and execution.
- Provide on-site event support, including setup when needed.
- Represent the brand internally and externally with trade guests and end consumers.
- Help organise itineraries such as winemaker tours and support hosting activities across the year.
- Contribute to content creation by briefing suppliers such as photographers and videographers.
Trade activations
- Help lead the planning and implementation of brand visibility initiatives, including window displays and in-store presence, in collaboration with sales, consumer engagement teams, and agencies.
- Support the co-development of on-trade activations alongside the consumer engagement team.
PR
- Support annual PR and brand campaigns in coordination with the Communications and Culture team and PR agencies.
POSM
- Assist with ordering, stock management, and logistics, including delivery and collection follow-up.
- Support local sourcing or creation when needed.
- Help with POSM forecasting and budget tracking.
Administration
- Act as a key contact for Sales Administration by sharing the latest brand information.
- Collect information for monthly reports, presentations, and activation summaries.
- Support ad hoc requests from the sales team.
- Assist with finance tasks such as raising purchase orders, supporting timely payments, and processing new vendor requests.
Profile
The ideal candidate has strong English communication skills and some prior experience through work or an internship in brand management, project management, or PR. Experience in the luxury goods sector is an advantage. A genuine interest in wines, along with strong PowerPoint and Excel ability, is also important.
