Logistics Coordinator

Role Overview

Rede Nacional de Educação Cidadã is hiring a part-time, remote Logistics Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and oversee logistics work that supports educational programs and initiatives. The position centers on keeping the movement of materials and resources running smoothly across suppliers, partners, and internal teams.

What You’ll Do

• Handle order processing and monitor shipment progress.
• Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders to help ensure deliveries arrive on time.
• Maintain clear and accurate records for inventory and distribution activities.
• Address delivery-related problems and work toward quick resolutions.
• Review logistics workflows and suggest improvements that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Prepare simple reports and keep logistics documentation up to date.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should bring strong analytical ability to work with logistics data, spot patterns, and support informed decisions. Good communication skills are important for coordinating with teammates, partners, and vendors in a professional way. A customer-focused approach is needed to answer questions and resolve issues efficiently.

Experience with inventory tracking is important, along with a solid understanding of supply chain basics and how logistics flows operate from end to end. Comfort using spreadsheets and digital platforms such as Excel or online logistics/inventory tools is expected. The role also calls for strong organization, careful attention to detail, and the ability to manage several tasks while working remotely. Education or training in logistics, operations, business administration, or a similar area is preferred.
