Descrição da vaga
About the Role
This opportunity is for quantitative specialists who want to help improve AI systems. The work involves reviewing AI-produced analytical outputs, tackling technical challenges, and giving structured feedback that helps shape how models reason through data, modeling, and scientific questions. Candidates from fields such as data science, astrophysics, economics, biostatistics, operations research, or other quantitative disciplines are encouraged if they are comfortable with rigorous data-driven thinking. Some people do this work alongside another full-time job, while others make it their main focus.
How the Process Works
After creating an account, you will complete a brief assessment that functions as the selection step. If successful, you will receive confirmation by email and paid assignments will be made available through the platform.
What the Work Involves
- Review AI-generated quantitative outputs for correctness, including statistical analysis, predictive modeling, scientific reasoning, and data-backed conclusions.
- Create and solve quantitative tasks that help train and evaluate AI systems across forecasting, experimental design, optimization, and statistical inference.
- Produce concise technical explanations and maintain clear, well-organized analytical code.
- Offer feedback that improves future AI models focused on quantitative reasoning.
Contract Benefits
- You can select the projects that fit your interests and decide when to work.
- The role lets you work independently on your own computer from home.
- Compensation starts at USD 50 to USD 100+ per hour, with extra bonuses available on certain projects.
Qualifications
- You should have at least 2 years of practical experience in a quantitative role or research setting such as data science, statistics, economics, finance, physics, biology, epidemiology, or operations research.
- Basic coding ability is required, along with confidence in writing and reviewing analytical code from start to finish.
- You need real-world familiarity with statistical methods, predictive modeling, and experiment design, including A/B testing, hypothesis testing, regression, classification, and time-series forecasting.
- Strong English fluency at native or bilingual level is required, along with excellent written communication.
- A bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering is preferred; a master's degree or PhD is an added advantage.
- Professional credentials or competitive achievements such as Kaggle rankings or AWS/GCP ML certifications are considered beneficial.
