Role Overview
This position is for a Retail Leasing Specialist in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on attracting retail tenants for commercial properties, handling lease negotiations, and supporting leasing performance through market insight and stakeholder coordination.
Core Responsibilities
- Identify suitable retail tenants and help secure them for commercial developments.
- Carry out market analysis and compare rental rates to support leasing decisions.
- Lead discussions on lease terms and complete agreements.
- Develop and sustain strong working relationships with brands, retailers, and corporate clients.
- Work closely with marketing and property management teams to support leasing activity.
- Compile leasing updates, occupancy summaries, and related reports.
Experience and Skill Requirements
- Applicants should have 5 to 10 years of professional experience.
- Prior work in retail leasing is required.
- A solid network of retailers and corporate clients is important.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities are essential.
- Good understanding of Qatar’s retail real estate environment is needed.
