Role Overview

We are hiring a Steward to support the kitchen team at Radisson Resort Al Marjan Island. This role is central to keeping back-of-house operations running smoothly and helping the culinary team deliver consistent quality for guests.

Key Duties

• Keep a steady stock of cleaned dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, and other kitchen equipment available for the kitchen and all hotel outlets.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen area.
• Carry out tasks and special assignments given by the senior manager.

• Someone who can take initiative and work with minimal supervision.
