Role overview

As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a key role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly. The position focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace while assisting the chefs with essential day-to-day tasks.

What you will do

• Keep kitchen and work areas clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
• Wash hotel crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, cooking equipment, and food service items.
• Help chefs with preparation work, including basic food prep such as cutting vegetables.

Salary and holiday

The role pays £23,920 per year, plus service charge. You will receive 28 days of holiday, with additional holiday after 5 years of service.
