Role overview
At Wagamama, fresh ingredients and made-to-order food are at the heart of everything. In this kitchen porter position, you will help keep the kitchen spotless, orderly, and fully prepared so the chefs can concentrate on creating bold, fresh dishes.
What you will do
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised kitchen throughout service.
- Wash pots, pans, and kitchen equipment so the cooking team can keep moving efficiently.
- Replenish cleaning products and let the team know when supplies are running low.
- Support the kitchen with basic preparation tasks whenever required.
- Work in line with health and safety rules to protect yourself and your colleagues.
