Role overview
Digiflav LLC is seeking a motivated Junior Upwork Bidder to support its growing team in Karachi. This position is suited to someone who is eager to develop a long-term career in client communication, business development, and project coordination.
What you will do
- Communicate with clients on a daily basis in a professional and confident manner.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to help projects stay organized and progress smoothly.
- Contribute to business development activities related to Upwork bidding and client engagement.
- Learn new processes quickly and adapt as the role grows.
What we are looking for
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- O Level and A Level education is required.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Confidence in handling client conversations.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in a software house are also encouraged.
