About the role
Monsoon Accessorize grew from a vision to bring bold, colourful, hand-crafted clothing from distant places to the markets of London. Starting with a hippy commune in Ibiza in 1970 and continuing through an overland journey across Afghanistan and India, that spirit of discovery now lives on in West London through vibrant products and creative retail experiences.
The business is hiring a Junior Store Designer to work under the Head of Store Design & Development. The role offers the chance to contribute to store planning across the full portfolio.

- Complete measured site surveys for prospective locations.
- Make sure brand concepts are applied accurately and consistently across all store formats.
- Work with external architectural teams to deliver construction drawing packages on schedule.
- Check that all proposals are practical and comply with current health and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with international partners to provide design guidance and support.
- Keep standard detail packs updated for all concepts.
What you need
- A degree-level qualification, or an equivalent background, in Architecture or Interior Design.
- The ability to work efficiently, stay productive, and remain focused on tasks.
- Strong AutoCAD skills, plus working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience working in a retail business.

- Competitive salary.
- 25 days of annual leave, with the option to buy extra holiday through a salary sacrifice arrangement.
- An additional day off each year after completing 6 months of service.
- Automatic pension enrolment after 3 months.
- Life assurance, subject to participation in the pension scheme.
- Flexible working arrangements.
