About the role
This entry-level digital design position focuses on producing, refreshing, and tailoring marketing creative for several channels, including paid media, email/CRM, and web. The work supports business-as-usual activity, seasonal campaigns, and broader marketing launches, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, brand alignment, and timely delivery.
You will handle the daily production of digital assets while working alongside the Senior Designer, Graphic Designer, Head of Digital, CRM, and the wider creative team to protect brand consistency and maintain a high standard of output across all touchpoints.
Working arrangement
This is a permanent, full-time role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The setup is hybrid, with office attendance on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and work from home on Monday and Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Create, update, and adapt digital marketing materials for paid media, CRM/email, and web use.
- Support the Graphic Designer by taking briefs and producing artwork and digital production files for ongoing marketing needs.
- Submit all creative work to the Senior Designer for review, making sure each output is accurate, aligned to brand standards, and delivered to the required brief and quality level.
- Partner with CRM, Head of Digital, and Ecommerce teams to ensure assets are supplied to the correct specifications and channel requirements.
- Carry out basic image work such as cropping, resizing, adjusting layouts, and simple retouching as part of everyday production tasks.
- Protect and apply brand guidelines across all creative output.
- Juggle several production requests at once, keeping files organised, correctly stored, and managed through established workflows and asset systems.
Personal qualities
The ideal candidate is eager to grow, open to learning through training and feedback, and comfortable building skills through hands-on work. A strong eye for detail, a careful approach to visual consistency, and a dependable, well-organised working style are important. You should also communicate clearly, respond well to direction, and bring a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Qualifications, skills and knowledge
A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, or a similar subject is preferred, although equivalent experience will also be considered. This is an entry-level position, ideally suited to someone with at least one year of experience in digital or graphic design gained in an in-house brand team or a creative/marketing agency.
You should be confident using Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, as well as Figma. A portfolio that shows your creative thinking and digital or graphic design experience is required. Good knowledge of layout, composition, and adapting creative for different formats and platforms is important. Basic photo editing ability is needed, and exposure to video editing tools would be an advantage.
