Junior Data Analyst

Role overview

This position is for an entry-level data analyst who will help turn raw information into usable insights that support day-to-day operations, tracking of business performance, and broader decision-making. You will work with data from different sources, preparing it for analysis and helping teams use it effectively.

What you will do

As part of the analytics team, you will assist with cleaning, organizing, validating, and maintaining datasets. You will also take part in routine analysis, spotting early trends and patterns, and preparing reports and summaries for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Gather, clean, and structure data from multiple sources
• Carry out basic analysis to surface patterns and trends
• Check datasets for accuracy and consistency
• Update and maintain data files along with supporting documentation
• Help build reports, dashboards, and concise summaries
• Handle ad hoc data requests and repeat analytical tasks
• Work with analysts and other teams to understand reporting needs
• Record methods, assumptions, and source information
• Support operational reporting and performance monitoring
• Follow established standards for data quality and governance
