The agency is expanding quickly and needs someone who can take ownership of client-facing creative work and help deliver measurable results. You’ll report directly to the creative lead and support campaigns across a varied client portfolio spanning property, legal, housing, logistics, healthcare, manufacturing, education and charity.

Role overview
This is a practical, hands-on role for someone who enjoys social media, digital content, visual design and creative delivery. You will plan, produce and publish content across multiple channels, including social video, while using AI and other digital tools to improve speed and efficiency. A strong eye for brand consistency is essential, as you’ll help protect and apply client brand standards across all creative output.
You’ll also work with account teams to deliver campaigns that are visually strong, well-written and effective, covering everything from video shoots and short-form edits to social graphics and web content.
Key responsibilities

- Take ownership of short-form video production, including planning, filming, editing and producing social-first content such as reels.
- Write clear, engaging copy for social posts, blog articles, email content and straightforward website updates.
- Make sure all creative output aligns with Pearl Comms’ and clients’ tone of voice, brand direction and campaign goals.
- Update website content and apply basic SEO practices such as page titles, meta descriptions and internal links.
- Use AI tools to support ideation, drafting, optimisation and reporting, while applying strong human judgement and editing.
- Review performance data through analytics tools and translate findings into practical insights for the team and clients.
- Design social graphics, carousels, presentations and simple campaign assets using Canva and Adobe tools.
- Work within Pearl Comms brand guidelines and client brand systems to produce polished, professional visuals.
- Support campaign development by turning ideas into engaging digital and visual creative.
- Collaborate with account managers and directors to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Contribute ideas in both client and internal meetings from a digital and creative perspective.
- Manage deadlines effectively and communicate proactively to keep projects running smoothly.
Skills and experience
- Experience in social media, digital marketing or content creation, either in an agency or in-house environment.
- Hands-on experience creating social video, with the ability to plan, film and edit short-form content confidently.
- Strong writing ability and the flexibility to adapt tone for different sectors and audiences.
- Competence with design tools such as Canva, Edits or similar platforms, plus Adobe software; Premiere Pro is an advantage.
- Understanding of digital performance measures such as engagement, reach, CTR and basic SEO.
- Comfort using AI tools for content and marketing, along with curiosity about emerging approaches and techniques.
- Excellent organisation and the ability to handle several projects at once without compromising quality.
- A positive, determined approach and a strong commitment to producing excellent work for clients and the agency.
- Ability to drive or reach shoot locations as needed.
