Role Overview
The Dubai-based IT Support Officer will join the IT team and report to the IT Systems Lead. The role will provide first-level support for operations across the UAE, including Dubai and Saudi Arabia, while also assisting Australian offices. This position is central to keeping employees connected to the systems, applications and devices they rely on every day.
This opportunity suits an IT professional with at least 2 years of hands-on experience who enjoys troubleshooting, working with Microsoft technologies and delivering strong customer service in a fast-moving, collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver first-line support for Microsoft 365 and key SaaS tools used by the business.
- Record, prioritise and track incidents and service requests in Jira, escalating issues when needed.
- Diagnose and fix problems related to Windows desktops, hardware, software and user access.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, permissions management and device rollout.
- Assist with Microsoft 365 administration across Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and Intune.
- Keep employees and stakeholders informed about request status and resolution progress.
- Prepare and update IT guides, knowledge articles and support procedures.
- Recommend improvements to support workflows, documentation and the overall end-user experience.
- Work closely with the wider IT function to deliver consistent support across multiple locations.
Candidate Profile
You should be a proactive, service-minded IT professional who enjoys helping users and solving technical issues. The ideal candidate communicates well with both technical and non-technical audiences and is comfortable working in a dynamic environment where continuous improvement is valued.
Working Arrangements
- This is a full-time, office-based position.
- Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm.
- You will also be included in a weekend on-call roster for Saudi Arabia support.
