Role overview
The Hygiene Operative will carry out cleaning and sanitation duties within the chilled production line area, making sure all work is completed within the required deadlines. The role requires strict adherence to company procedures and standards at all times, especially in relation to quality, health and safety, ethics, traceability, product integrity, labelling, and both personal and food hygiene rules and legislation.
Standards and compliance
This position must be performed in line with all applicable legal, national, corporate, and retailer requirements. The goal is to maintain and improve hygiene and quality levels for both internal and external customers, while helping to reduce complaints and control costs for the organisation.
