Overview
KATAL Property Investment is seeking an experienced Human Resources leader to take charge of its people strategy in Abu Dhabi. The company is a rapidly expanding real estate business focused on luxury properties and premium investment opportunities. This position is broader than a standard HR role. It is suited to someone who can bring in strong talent, establish effective people processes, strengthen performance management, and help shape a culture that supports growth.
Role Scope
The HR Manager / Talent & Culture Manager will manage the complete HR function and work closely with company leadership to align workforce practices with business goals and long-term expansion.
Responsibilities
- Run recruitment activities from start to finish and maintain strong hiring pipelines.
- Attract and select high-performing candidates across different teams.
- Coordinate workforce planning with management.
- Create and improve systems for performance management.
- Support KPI development and employee performance reviews.
- Lead training, coaching, and employee development efforts.
- Make sure HR practices comply with UAE labor regulations.
- Maintain HR policies, internal procedures, and employee documentation.
- Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and employee records.
- Build a positive, motivated, and performance-oriented work culture.
- Improve employee engagement and retention levels.
- Manage employee relations and help resolve workplace conflicts.
- Work with leadership on organizational planning and HR strategy.
- Identify ways to improve HR systems and overall process efficiency.
- Support business growth through effective people-focused initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven background in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Solid understanding of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
- Hands-on experience with performance management and employee development.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information professionally.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
- HR certifications such as CIPD or SHRM are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an HR Manager or similar leadership role is preferred.
- Experience in real estate or other fast-moving sales-driven environments is highly desirable.
