Role Overview

The HR Director – Snacks reports to the Chief People Officer and manages a team of HR business partners supporting the Beverages and Food Business Unit leadership. The position is responsible for converting business strategy into a coordinated people strategy that covers workforce planning, talent management, performance, and culture.

This role also acts as a key driver of organizational effectiveness by working with business and corporate leaders to support sustainable growth and broader enterprise impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with the President and business unit leadership to connect people priorities with business objectives, workforce requirements, capability building, and performance outcomes.
  • Support effective HR service delivery by coordinating with HR centers of excellence and shared services whenever needed.
  • Develop strong talent pipelines for leadership, people managers, and critical positions through planning, succession, hiring, development, and capability strengthening.
  • Help build a high-performance culture grounded in company values, while improving engagement, accountability, teamwork, and employee wellbeing.
  • Guide change efforts by driving communication, leadership alignment, adoption, and modern ways of working.

Requirements

  • A diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a relevant HR area such as business partnering, employee relations, or a center of excellence role.
  • Comfort and confidence in handling challenging conversations, along with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to decisions, supported by data and key HR metrics.
  • Working knowledge of local labor laws and regulatory obligations in the relevant operating area.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, plus solid business partnering and time management skills.
  • Experience in the F&B, snacking, or FMCG sector.
