This position is for a detail-focused, community-oriented home inspector based in Dalton, GA. The role combines property inspection work with customer communication and follow-up that supports homeowners, buyers, and real estate professionals in making informed decisions about residential properties. The compensation listed for the role is $60,000 to $70,000 per year.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carry out inspections at residential properties, with most work completed in the field.
- Assess key home systems and structural components, including roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety-related items.
- Interact regularly with homeowners, buyers, and real estate agents in a professional and approachable manner.
- Prepare clear inspection reports using company software, including photos and timely delivery.
