Royal York Property Management is hiring a Handyworker in Windsor, Ontario, and nearby areas. This position is suited to someone with strong maintenance and property care experience who can handle service requests, complete repair-related tasks, and contribute to smooth day-to-day operations in a busy environment.
The role involves working closely with property owners and the maintenance team, carrying out a mix of routine and more involved handywork assignments. Success in this job depends on being efficient, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
Compensation
The expected annual pay range for this role is CAD 65,000 to CAD 90,000.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily maintenance activities and keep work orders moving efficiently
- Inspect issues at the start of a job, take photos, and upload the documentation
- Deliver and install company-specific items such as fire extinguishers, lock boxes, and real estate signage
- Create additional work orders when required and share clear assessments with the maintenance team
- Handle a variety of maintenance tasks, including key duplication, door closer installation, lock replacement, and TV mounting
Requirements
- High school diploma or an equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar maintenance or handyman role
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Vehicle must be able to carry at least a 4' x 4' sheet of plywood
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Well-organized with strong communication skills
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Owns an iPhone for work-related communication
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
